The International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) recently hosted its annual global awards competition, recognizing outstanding achievement in communication. The awards ceremony just happened to take place in Toronto, so DNA took the opportunity to accept our award in the flesh.
DNA was recognized with a Gold Quill award for “Let’s Grow” – our brand revitalization project for xpedx Canada. Recognizing the importance of personal relationships to xpedx’s primary audience – mid-sized printers across Canada – DNA set out to make xpedx’s people central to the brand. Sales reps and employess were featured jumping like an ‘x’ into a sky bright with possibilities. The new slogan, “Let’s Grow”, captured xpedx’s brand promise with momentum. DNA is ‘x-static’ about winning this prestigious award. The IABC received nearly 900 entries from 28 countries.
