We’re thrilled to announce that long time DNA friend and client, Dusk Dances, is celebrating an important milestone in 2014 with its 20th anniversary. To show appreciation to the cast of people that made this possible, Dusk Dances is inviting all of its loyal fans and supporters to help choreograph the 2014 season program by voting on your favourite composition out of a selection from the past two decades. The piece with the most votes will be included in Dusk Dances’ 20th anniversary Withrow Park program.
For those of you who are unaware, Dusk Dances is a non-profit outdoor dance festival that brings high-quality contemporary and traditional dance to public parks in a pay-what-you-can format. DNA has had the pleasure of working with Dusk Dances since its 2010 season, when we developed an award-winning rebrand of the festival. Since that time Dusk Dances has expanded beyond the borders of the GTA, and now communities as far West as Vancouver, and as far East as Ottawa have caught the spirit.
